Will I receive an order and shipping confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. A shipping confirmation will be sent by email or SMS and will include your tracking number.
Why doesn’t my tracking link show any information?
If your tracking number is not working or shows an error, it may be because the shipment has not yet been picked up by the carrier or has not been scanned. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
